These Terms govern your use of www.bitmiller.com (the "Site") and any free resource we make available through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the free resource

The Site provides information and recommendations about tools for selling online, and offers a free resource, The 3-Tool Core Stack (the "Resource"). The Resource is provided free of charge for your personal use. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or the Resource at any time without notice.

2. Permitted use and intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and the Resource itself — is owned by Bitmiller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may:

• Read, use and apply the Resource for your own business.
• Share a link to the Site or the Resource with others.

You may not copy, resell, republish, redistribute or claim authorship of the Resource or other Site content, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content, without our prior written permission.

3. No professional advice

The Site provides general business and marketing information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. No guarantee of results

We share tools and methods that have worked for us and for clients. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, income or outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, your market and your offer. Any examples or figures are illustrative and not a promise of what you will achieve.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Site and in the Resource are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes which tools we recommend — the list is the same whether or not a program pays a commission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, which for a free resource is zero.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bitmiller harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bitmiller regarding the Site.
