Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Bitmiller ("we", "us") collects when you visit www.bitmiller.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you request The 3-Tool Core Stack or otherwise subscribe, and any information you include when you email us. Email sign-ups and delivery are handled through our checkout and email provider, Gumroad.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to serve the site and protect it against abuse. This is standard web-server logging.
- No cookies or tracking. We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not use advertising or tracking pixels.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the free resource you requested and any related emails you opted in to.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We will not email you about unrelated things, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
3. How we share information
- Service providers. We share information with companies that help us operate — primarily Gumroad for email delivery and payments. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
- Affiliate partners. Some links on our pages are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, the partner may learn that you came from us. Once you are on their site, their own privacy policy applies.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use or disclose, and request a copy of it.
- Request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@bitmiller.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
5. Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active list.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-party links
Our pages link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
